Why does my 2011 Mercedes C350 with the AMG package have those orange lights on the front side but when I?

Look at pictures on Google, it doesn't have it?

The US does not require a side repeater (turn signal) lamp in the middle of the wing (fender) but most other countries do. US lighting standards do require a side repeater and marker light towards the front of the vehicle but permit it to be located on a corner where it's visible from both the front and side.|||You're welcome. |||North American requirements dictate that there need to be amber lamps/reflectors on the side of the front of the vehicle and red on the rear. This is to ensure that the vehicle is more readily visible at night. On the C-Class, the rear red reflectors are incorporated into the side of the tail lamps.|||Yours is the cheap model.|||maybe because people took them off?
