How do you dry out a boston whaler that has puncture in the hull resulting in saturated foam flotation?

Time, and an enclosed cover with a dehumidifier, and controlled climate, ie, 77 degrees F and 50 or less % relative humidity. How do you dry out a boston whaler that has puncture in the hull resulting in saturated foam flotation?
Park it on a trailer with the bow up high and leave it in a sunny location. The hotter the better. In Vegas or Arizona, it will dry out quickly. It will just take time so be patient.
