How fast would a 15 foot 1993 Boston Whaler Dauntless go?

With a 40 hp outboard? Would it go faster than a 13 foot 1984 Boston Whaler Super Sport with a 30 Hp on it? How fast would the 13 foot go and how fast would the 15 foot go? Please give me the answer in mph.How fast would a 15 foot 1993 Boston Whaler Dauntless go?

ok, I just made that up. They'll both max out somewhere in the 21 to 32 mph range.

I had one and put a 80 hp merc on it , the top speed as around 66 mph!

If you put a dcent motor on it it will fly. I have a 70 hp mercury. What a water rocket...

Since both have build in hull speeds 20 to 25%26gt;which means the back of the hull has a hook like trim tabs to push the bow down so the more HP the more it plows the water and steering is hard%26gt; To over come this the bottom has to be figerglassed 20" from the back forward chim to chime flat%26gt; Then it will fly%26gt; I had the 13 with a 50 hp jack plate it run 50 mph and would pull 2 skiers%26gt;Scary%26gt;
