$70,000, which car should i get?

I'm actually looking for a new car with in year. and i have a list at the bottom.

First i would look for a good deal for an used 2006 Aston Martin db9

Lexus SC

Porsche Cayman S

Mercedes Benz CLK convertible or maybe SLK ( personal i think SLK is small in size.

BMW 335i convertible

You can just leave some comments about any of these cars if you have driven it or maybe you can pick one that you think is best out of all. most of my friends wanted me to get the Lexus and the BWM. but my choice would be an used Aston martin.

of course lastly i would still go to the dealers and check each of them out myself. I just need an opinion.

Thank you.

P.S. for those who thinks that I just want attention something like that, please don't answer this question. I don't you, you don't know me. why would i want your attentions anyway??|||First of all, the Lexus SC. For starters, it's the ugliest car on the list, but Lexus' engines are actually quite decent, but if I were you I wouldn't be caught dead in one. For 70 grand on a Lexus you'd be better off getting the IS-F, with the 5L V8. At least it looks a bit better.

The Cayman S. I can predict C7S may be homing in on this question and he'll bang on about how it's his favourite car and all, but there's two things that would bug the general majority of Cayman owners.

First off, it's 11 grand more than a Boxster S, has roughly the same horsepower, performance and handling, and all you're essentially spending your 11 grand on is a tin roof. Whoop-de-fkn-do. Plus considering you seem to like convertibles, the Boxster S seems like the more logical choice anyway.

And secondly its brilliant dynamics are pointless compared to the DB9, or even the SLK55 AMG.

The Mercs. Personally anything with an AMG badge on the back would do fine. The SLK55 AMG is right in that price range, and it has pretty spectacular performance for a convertible, much less one of its small size, and it's got the most kit of the list aside from the DB9. 5.5L V8 in a convertible is madness, but it's actually great handling and it's built to run with, funnily enough, the Porsche Boxster S.

The 335i Convertible. I'll be honest I don't know much about the 335i but considering you can get an M3 Convertible for under 70 grand it begs the question: Why did you pick the 335? I mean, look at this:

4L V8, superb dynamics and sexy looks. Really though your best option is....

The DB9. If you can get one, even a used one, for under 70 grand and you DON'T...you just wasted 70 grand lol. Famous for being in Top Gear's specially designed fridge for the Cool Wall, and of course the James Bond plugs, the shove of that V12 engine combined with the absolutely timeless good looks and presence make this a major win. Plus it's the fastest of the lot, and quite frankly your friends, God bless them, are absolutely stupid for suggesting that you buy that ugly Lexus SC. Give them a slap in the face and leave that spine-tingling V12 roar of your DB9 set into their souls.|||i personally like th Porsche and BMW. th Porsche goes 0-60 mph in 4.5 sec (pretty fast, eh?) but just a little slower than an Aston Martin. th 3 is a coupe/convertible fav (C%26amp;D). Somehow, th option pricing could b ridiculous, and ive heard a loaded Boxster S is over 75 grand in a C%26amp;D comparo. so, i choose th 3 series. u will love th engine. its so silky and smooth. 0-60 mph in at least 5.5 seconds. and it wont b crazy expensive like a loaded Cayman.|||If they're not all gone, you can get the 2010 Commemorative Mustang for Lee Iaccoca.

Only 45 are being made. List $65,000.00, but likely more.

There's a waiting list, so there may not be any left.

Bill Reilly has 3 on order.

I think those are out of the picture.

If I were to choose just from those, Mercedes Benz.|||The DB9 is by far the best car on that list but with that money you colud also lookin into porche 911's or my fave car the dodge challenger

even a corvette it all depends on what kind of car you want and what u want it for

hope this helps
