First check the maximum horsepower rating on a plate usually somewhere on the transom, inside or outside. 90 sounds like a lot for a 15 foot boat. Honda would be my first choice, but any new or late model 4 stroke with low hours would be a good choice. 60 hp would probably be plenty. i've seen a lot of 90 HP Evinrudes, but any of the major brands should do fine.
