Soft Spot on bow of Boston Whaler, please help?

I have a 1 ft by 1 ft soft spot on the bow of my 11 ft boston whaler. There is no way of getting underneath it to fix it. Does anybody know a way on how to fix the soft spot. I look forward to your answers, thank you.Soft Spot on bow of Boston Whaler, please help?
It still depends on where the soft spot is. If it wraps right around the bow along the keel you may have to cut out the area and replace it. If it's in the flats near the bow you may be able to just drill holes and pour some resin through the holes to allow it to reattach. You also don't mention whether any water has gotten into the area to cause the delamination. If it's wet you can still use the same techniques, but first you'll want to allow it to drain and dry out for a few weeks to allow the new glass to adhere to the old glass.

I would have helped to get more information from you, but you really need to see something like this to know the best way to repair it. One piece of good news is that a boat yard probably wouldn't charge all that much to help you in repairing this problem. You might even want to contact Boston Whaler, they pride themselves in the quality of their boats. If the delalmination is in any way their fault they might do the repair for free.

Good luck with your repair..
