How many miles per gallon would I get if I had a 75 HP four-stroke boat motor hooked onto a 17' boston whaler?

Also how many MPG do party boats get? The ones that could carry 50 fisherman. I know that the wind and travel speed play a factor, so let's say normal wind and traveling speed. How many miles per gallon would I get if I had a 75 HP four-stroke boat motor hooked onto a 17' boston whaler?
5-7 MPG, moderately loaded (4-600lb) at 2,000 rpm. My best guess. Tell me if I'm off.
As stated, boats are rated in gallons per hour. That combination would burn roughly 2-4 gph at cruise speed. How many miles per gallon would I get if I had a 75 HP four-stroke boat motor hooked onto a 17' boston whaler?
It depends what RPM you are running at, "Trolling", Cruising ? or making a run back to the dock to avoid a thunderstorm (that's a nailed out throttle).
Don't you mean knot's, and by the way a nautical mile is longer than a statute mile. So lets all recalculate.
